English full plate, fusee, Massey Type III lever escapement, over sprung split bimetallic compensated balance, solid engraved straight balance cock marked Patent, regulator with applied silver scale with Liverpool arrows, Liverpool jeweling to fusee, maintaining power, stop switch, setup ratchet on top of barrel bridge, top plate engraved “J. W. Tucker, San Francisco, Cala. No. 10140”, unmarked dust cover, white enamel single sunk Roman dial. 18k gold hunting case, inside covers stamped, "J.W.Tucker, Cal." Hallmark of a bear and number 18. Front cover inscribed, "The California National Guard to their Captain J.B. Moore, Oct. 8, 1859”. SN#10140
